BATTERY
PARK CITY AUTHORITY Battery Park City Authority is a public benefit corporation that acts as developer for over 100 acres of landfill off the southwest end of Manhattan. They work with some of the nation's best architects, engineers, and landscape architects. Their photo needs are diverse and complex, from lifestyle photos for the large groups of publications that they produce to the 8-foot long panoramic aerials of the whole project. There is a particularly large group of parks and esplanades that are administered through the Authority, that require very sensitive photos of landscaping and its relationship to the built environment. This is a very challenging mix of designers and administrators, and Stan has enjoyed working with them over the years to solve visual problems. |
